Yeah my Templar Hawke I showed you before. And I did a remake of Shane (with better eyebrows) that I'm gonna use. 

Ack, where is he? I must go look. Did you post the remake in that thread too? I can't believe I have 68 screenshots of my Hawke from the demo alone.

Since this is the M/m Discussion thread i think debate is very relevant and as long as we're not calling eachother names and keeping it related to DA it is fine.

Noones debating that M/m shouldn't be in game
I'm saying it should be done differently.

Because this choice is a cheap route and there are far better options availble. Also i have a serious problem with Anders being Bi all of a sudden but that's a different issue.

Anders never stated he was straight. He talks about women in awakening but he never says 'Eww naked men gross' or 'I only like women'. Never. So don't assume he's bi 'all of a sudden'.

Klace played his copy (review copy) on livestream for us and pursued various LI options. We saw them first hand.

I saw both Anders and Fenris flirting actively with manHawke on the stream. Anders mentioned his *spoiler follows, highlight to read* old boyfriend Karl.

But he never mentioned he liked men eithier, and in fereldan he has no reason to hide it since they are all accepting of Homosexuality. He hit on all the female pary members but never hit on Male ones.
It's true he could have been in the closest, But he just had no motivation to and it makes no sense for him to have been. Unless they gave some reason in DA2 about how is father was a gay hater or something.

I'm sure you'll still get the same amount of enjoyment out of the game, Saibh. At least I hope you will. Since no choice has been taken away, only added. And more choice is a good thing in a game like this. Especially when it increases inclusiveness. That's how I look at it at least.

I think you feel the same way that i do in one way, That this is a cheap route for writing, and don't think this is the best option.

I'd argue that choice is not always a great thing. The elder scrolls gives your more choice than any RPG, but it's story and leveling system suffer greatly from it.
Dragon age is more focused that it gives you choice, but limits it to reasonable scope.
