Marriage may not be a right.. but is it fair to exclude me from being a part of it just because the person I marry and I can't have children? Wouldn't that mean infertile couples also shouldn't be allowed to marry? No that's silly... just as silly as trying to justify not allowing me to marry the person I lovve.

As I said before, marriage has been evolving over the centuries, and only recently, has it become more about two peoples' love for each other rather than procreation, blood lines etc...

The lack of full acceptance for gay marriage that you see now, is likely just a vestigial remnant of traditions that have been in place for many, many years. 

Eventually, it will begin to dawn on people that not allowing gays to marry serves no real purpose other than bias, and their opposition will lessen as time goes by.

Thats what happened to me at least.

You said it depends on the state... yes it really does... and for as many states as you find have civil unions or equal marriage there are as many and more that don't. If you are white and straight I doubt you can ever truly appreciate and understand what it is to be a minority. Until you experience it to feel the isolation, the hate, the complete disregard for your humanity, you can never truly understand the gravity of what it can be like for some of us.

I'm not white, but I think you're over blowing it a bit.  The U.S affords more rights to minorities than most nations by far.  Minorities have a lot of power here, which is why a gay movement started to begin with.

Trust me, there are plenty of places that are far less hospitable to gays than the U.S....

I hope you're right and we do someday see equal marriage. But moreso I'd like to see a world where me being gay isn't a big deal at all and I am just seen as a person and not defined by my sexuality.

Now this is a lot harder to ask.  While most people could be reasoned with to agree that gays should be afforded the same rights and protections as everyone else, I doubt most people would eventually come to believe that being gay is as normal as being straight. 

There is a reason why gays have been prejudiced against for thousands of years.  Because they contradict  innate human biology.

Gay men and women have the exact same biological sexual equipment as straight men and women do, but they are attracted to the same sex rather than the opposite sex.

It is this observation that has led to gays being seen as unnatural, abominations etc over the centuries..  Of course, Scientific research is now giving us tremendous insight as to why homosexuality exists at all, but before, all people had to rely on was their common sense and their holy books; both of which stated the obvious, at least in a superficial sense.

Anyways thats enough ranting from me feel free to have the last word but I dont want to turn this topic into my personal soapbox

The default hair is probably not in the CC because they wanted something to make their default Hawkes unique (so we'd pick them). Or maybe it's just to mess with us (got to know we'd mod it eventually)... like they like to do?

Not for those on the consoles it won't. It's acceptable to ask if the hair is available, and to say 'that's a shame, I wish it was' when we find out it isn't. Doesn't need a 'guys, relax'.

Oh boy, as I've apologized in my post... I'm realllyyyyyy sorry about that. It might be a bit out of place. The hand was supposed to be behind Hawke's arm. Try to imagine realllll hard. Hahah Well, what's drawn is drawn right? I didn't want to waste it and just keep it to myself.
