If you can stand heavy spoilers, just read the first few pages of the leaked game guide, it doesn't bode well for those of us who like prince Seb. According to that guide he only ever offers a "chaste" romance, which I interpret as all tease, no fun and a bad ending to boot.
In other words Seb if he's even bi at all is a "bromance" not a full romance making him the biggest ****-tease in the game.

And to be honest, I don't mind a 'chaste' relationship depending on how it's done.  Sebastian didn't seem like the 'chaste' in his short story (in fact, I think he described himself as quite the opposite), so I'm actually curious as to how his personality moved from one end of the spectrum to the other.  I'm not entirely convinced that he just 'took vows'.  His vows didn't really stop him from going on a revenge kick, after all.  I'm wondering if there's more too it than that.

It may also just be budget and resource limitations (and have nothing to do with his character at all) which I also don't mind, if that's the case.  I'd rather wait and see how it's handled then condemn it immediately. xD

Avoiding spoilers, I think I may go for Fenris first because I'm not playing as a mage first time (I always planned a male mage playthrough), but I have to say that conversation with Anders was really quite touching. I wasn't sure I'd like his new VA, and I do miss Greg, but that scene went a long way in soothing my fears about his voice.

That's Awakening Anders. DA2 Anders looks different.

It's the Awakenings version unfortunately (couldn't find a good sideview for DA2 but I figured this would have to do). Not sure where the screenshot came from though -- I mean, it was from the game, so it's as good as canon, right? It's not like, fake D:

Yes, I know. I recall there being appearance differences between PC and one of the console versions.

EDIT: Sorry, was out of the loop for a second, repeated things. But yes, Awakening had two different versions.

I heard about that. People were confused as hell as to why Anders looked different.  Was that ever fixed?

Is the first image the console version and the second the PC? Cause I have the console, and the first one looks more like the Anders I remember. How come he looks different, what happened there? DA2 Anders looks a lot closer to the second one to me, so maybe he wasn't completely redone, it just looks that way if you had the console version.

My bad! I did a pretty lazy google image search, I'll admit. Also, why is Anders so much hotter for PC? I'd never even seen this picture before! I'm going to murder everyone in the face.

 And the evidence for all LI's being romanceable by all players seems to be piling up. I never noticed this before, but bioware changed the Game FAQs at some point.

It used to be that the FAQs said under "Will I meet romanceable characters?" the answer said yes but that some characters might not be interested depending on your gender...

Well now it says

Will I meet romanceable characters?Yes. You will be able to engage in romances with certain NPCs in your party and throughout the world.

That seems to me to be a significant change in statement - if we were looking for more proof. 

This has been great news that DA2 is fully inclusive. But now it's going to be really difficult to choose. I guess I'll be picking the LI that fits best with my Hawke's goals. Which is great! Can't wait!
