While I think it's completely possible to create a compelling romantic story that doesn't involve sex, what would be the point of marrying someone you're never going to have sex with? Especially in the DA universe where marriage is mostly about assuring the legitamacy of one's heirs.

I might create a male Hawke who flirts with anything that moves just to hide the fact he is totally in love with Seb and gutted he can't have him. Of course that includes many trips to visit the 'pay to play' boys too.

Sebastian being straight is kind of unsurprising anyway. A prince who will someday beget heirs is bound to be a "straight" character. My mage m!Hawke is going to be argumentative and difficult with Anders, but I hope that the moving in option isn't restricted to straight romances. That's just appalling. It implies that our same sex relationships are always going to be inferior to opposite sex ones.
