They've never listed the same-sex romances prior to the game shipping. The only reason we know Isabela is for f/f is... she's Isabela. I think even telling us there are same-sex options is a first.

Oh boy, that's a hard question. Sometimes, characters just don't want to click with me. *shrugs* Physically, darker hair, deeper voice, and not human. I do love my elves and I'm still urked I can't play one...so I don't want to be stuck with another human LI. *Not ANOTHER bi human. * Don't like the hairstyle either... To be perfectly honest, not the budding beard either. (I hope I can remove Hawke's beard. ^^' I'm not much of a beard person. goatee maybe, if done right.) Then personality wise...no kitty obsessions (specially when i can't see said kitty), not a mage (cause its tough having another mage in the party when I play one. Need some physical manpower after all...), and I would very much like to avoid cannibalism...or blood drinking... And please, talking to himself will be funny to watch, but i wouldn't want that in one of my relationships. Plus...now I've got to please two guys without getting the fun of two guys...so to speak.

Plus, if he's still a sarcastic coward...sarcastic earns points...but I frown at cowardliness.

I was just never much of a fan of Anders. Fenris is more my type from what little I've seen. But mind you, once again, this is my own personal self-taste and in no way should be taken as a threat or insult by other players. To each our own. Apparantly some aren't as urked out by cannibalism. 

Added: Besides, right now...the guys get an elf romance with Merrill. So if I don't get my elf romance with Fenri-*is stopped as someone whispers to her* But I don't wanna play a female.  Guess if Fenny is female only, I'll be waiting for that equal love mod. xD

Personally, I find the very idea that Anders is possessed an interesting development when it comes to relationships. I would expect that Anders would be afraid that with this other being inhabiting his body, what he's feeling would change if and when that cohabitation ends, would he still feel the same way for Hawke if he didn't have Justice/Vengeance influencing him. Because the very nature of a possession means that you are not yourself. That is the interest for me, role-playing wise.

hmm...............ok...I finally found and watched Sebastien's trailer. From the front, he's not so dracula-y. xD Actually, he's definately handsome and I love the voice. Ok, Gaider! I won't mind if Seby is a downloadable bi romance. xD

Hmmm...I don't think I'd pin Anders as a coward, considering how many times he escaped from the Circle. You've got to have some guts to tick the Templars off that often.

Ah, seems like the perfect fit for you would be a tall, dark and handsome elf.  Brownie points if they also possess a sarcastic wit.   Don't worry, as is my case with Isabela, I also prefer dark features to light.

Honestly, I can't fault people for having tastes of their own.  So long as you let me have my tastes, we're square.

I want a bi elf! I want Fenris! I want the silver haired, sexy voiced, killing machine with an abused past! I want to pin him to a wall with my mHawke and not let him escape till he's to tired to move the next morning!  That's what I personally want. You can have what you want, just don't expect me to agree.

So lets all just ninja raid bioware and get our bi LI's for all!

I agree. I'm not dissing the Varric fans. I state that I don't like him, but I try to see why he does appeal. And I do see it. I don't actually mind people having 'he's an elf, and I don't like elves' as a preference. xD  I mean, that's kind of how preferences work.  Some people just don't find elves appealing the same way other people don't find dwarves appealing.  I'm not sure if anyone finds humans unappealing. xD

Though I agree, the bi elf thing bothers me a bit more.  People can call it a trope all they want, but I'm with you in that if it is a trope, it's one I full-heartedly encourage.

And I'll go slink back into my depression about Seb now.  Honestly, I really like the combination of red hair and blue eyes.  And the Scottish.  The Scottish was an instant win for me.

At least I got my f/f first pick. xD  Can't bat 100 all the time.

But...I'm trying to be open minded. I'll just never see it (or even understand it, like I can understand why someone might like every other possible LI before they were revealed).

Same here. I'm trying to be open minded. So...I'm trying to stop arguing over things like who the bi LI should be. We'll see who it is. If we don't like it, there is always mods. I finally caved and got PC so I could have Alistair. *shrugs* Personally, I'll die happy if its Fenris. If its Anders, good for the Anders fans. I'll just wait for a mod myself, since Fenris is an option for females...thus it can be modded for males. And if its Varric, I'll be super happy for the Varric fans and probably give it a go myself, just to see how it fairs. And if its Seb, I'll only be mad because he's dlc. (if he's not the only s/s option and is an s/s option, I think i'll happily tap that) Personally, I think the only one I'm not interested in pursuing myself is Anders. Just for my own reasons. But in the end, I still want Fenris wholeheartedly.
