I just noticed that my feed said my characters updated when I am not even playing.
It also says I have 59 screenshots when I recently purged them.
Would like to be able to see the characters that are updated.

Yeah, there's a daupdater service that runs on your comp even when you aren't playing.
I believe that anything you want gone for good - a character, screenshot, etc. - needs to be deleted from the game itself, or it will just get re-uploaded eventually.
