This isn't really a technical issue with the game, but just something that happens when I occasionally boot the game up with Steam (where I purchased it from). I just figured this section was most appropriate.
Occasionally when I start the game up, Steam will inform me that it has finished downloading the game key and Cerberus key. I'm just wondering what exactly that means, since both keys have already been entered and everything is already registered, connected and ready to go.
As far as I know this game doesn't work on activation DRM, right?

This happens to me sometimes in a bunch of games. I don't know why. It's never affected gaming performance.

Best post this on the Steam tech support forums, as it is a Steam issue, not game issue.
