I recently purchased LotSB, but upon download the integrity check fails every time (nsis error).  I have downloaded the file through Firefox, Downthemall, Opera, and IE 8 over 9 times now.  I'm pretty sure it is due to faulty/corrupted downloads (which is why I keep tying to download through different managers/browsers), but I wanted to know if anyone that came across this problem found a way around it.  Perhaps I just need to try and redownload until I get a good installation?  Who knows...

Added: All of the other DLC for Mass Effect 2 works just fine.

I have a similar error, and have no idea what the problem is. Sorry you're experiencing this as well!

Wireless internet, or do you have a hardwired connection?

If wireless, see if a friend with a hardwire connection can download it to a usb stick for you.

Nah, I'm hardwired. Seems to be corrupted downloading, maybe just keep trying until I get a good one I suppose... =/



Downloading again, 3 hours of waiting is no fun.

If it still doesnt work, try taking a slab of beer/dew/sherbet to a friends place and try it from there. Unlikely, but there could be some form of crapware buried deep in your system causing the corruption.

Yeah, that might be, though I really doubt that since the other DLC content works. I'll try that though... headed to my brother's house soon. =p

Update: FINALLY!! I got it working... downloaded it with Opera. Seems like it is a random error, and the problem is with the download server. Just gotta keep trying until you get a good download it seems.
