Short story, got shafted on my preordercode since the CE was delayed to the shop. Only promo/DLC i miss in the entire game, annoying... Been given the runaround by resellers/bosses/support long ago but I still miss it snd it still annoys me from time to time...

I'd be willing to even pay for a code if you'd release it as a regular DLC...

You're not talking to BioWare or EA. This is user to user tech support.

Some come on the forums but only to post updates on games and stuff. They are not here to answer customer queries. EA support is full of staff who are paid to do that.

When a game has just been launched, they check tech support. They don't anymore except in very rare cases.

The nuke heavy weapon has to be researched, not unlocked by some promo-code. Do you mean the Blackstorm? It was a GameStop exclusive pre-order bonus. There are of course unofficial channels patches to, erm, obtain the DLC items that can't be bought legitimately ;-)
