Something I've been noticing more lately. I mean, there are whole sites dedicated to hating him. As a matter of fact, he almost got shipped to North Korea because of an internet prank about a year ago. At first I just assumed that people were picking on him because he was talented, but I later realized that people were angry because on almost any song by any artist there are remarks about how those that clicked "thumbs down" are Bieber fans. So, perhaps it's because of that. But if that's the case, shouldn't people be angry at the fans themselves and not Justin who has nothing to do with the spamming?

i don't hate him, i just make fun of him as a cultural icon, because he's very different from me and making fun of things different than you is what geeks do. He performs music I don't care for to a demographic that's not mine, and he's very successful at what he does so I'm envious of his success. he's also got a decent voice and is a good-looking kid, so he's got that going for him too.
All are reasons why someone might hate Justin Bieber. I just hope that "hate" is not accompanied by encouraging violence against him, or referring to him repeatedly as a "her." That's all. Thank you.
