In ME1 Infiltrator was my fav of the classes, to me it seems a bit nerfed in ME2.

I dont really feel like a infiltrator so much as a guy who can use sniper rifles and throw fireballs for some reason.

Anyways do you feel the same way? Or no?

And what classes do you feel got better or worse in ME2?

I think it feels significantly more like an infiltrator. You have cloak as opposed to immunity.

At least you can use sniper rifles effectively from the start. I think the combat systems and classes are so different between the two games that talking about nerfs or buffs doesn't actually have much meaning.

I'm with lazuli, the classes play so wildly different from ME 1 to ME 2 that there's not much of a comparison to be made.

I actually never really thought of it that way.

i think the infiltrator is the best class in ME2, and this is coming from a long time lover of biotics. if you take stasis and the GPS, you basically dont need anyone else. enemy protections have limited abilities, but adepts suffer far worse then infiltrators.

I agree with the Spamming Troll, the Infiltrator abilities have been improved while the Adept class is no longer the powerhouse it was in ME1. I've no complaint about it though.

Actually, I have to disagree that the Adept was the powerhouse...

A Sentinel of any kind in the original was just plain god... it was impossible to kill, took down enemies fast, could debuff anything, and worked so well with party members you actually had to compete with them to take things down.

Sentinels in the first were pure amazing, not as much in the second... too dumbed down, too little options available.

I hope they remedy it in ME3 by adding more power options, instead of just giving powers higher levels.

Are you serious? Sentinels are arguably the most overpowered class in ME2(or soldiers take your pick).
