I got the platinum pack in the steam sale (had the original dusting up in the closet, but wanted it all)

I started a new game, did the tutorial village. Then at the attack, I think I missed a cutscene where Amie  should have died. I went to the ruins with Brevil, everything looked fine. Now I'm on the road, arrived at the inn, got the cutscene with the dwarf and suddenly there's three of us. 

Now I'm puzzled, hopefully anyone has an idea to fix it.

yep, Amie should have died

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to remove her from the Roster (without compiling a custom script) but you could run, from the Console in DebugMode :


rs kr_roster_edit


and that should open a dialog that lets you fool around with stuff - and at least take her out of the Party. don't forget to exit DebugMode when done (it causes, um, issues ..)

ps. hopefully it will resolve itself thoroughly later

Sadly, it isn't working. She is grayed out in the partyselect screen, and with a quick google I found the partyremove script, but that isn't working either.

Snooped around in my saves folder, and tried 0_amie, it worked!



Thank you kevL! You saved NWN2 from another couple of years of dusty shelf life. (I got the game on release, but it was nigh unplayable between bugs and load errors and my crappy pc. Got the platinum on Steam and was ready for a second chance!)
