I have weird timing issues. The character laggs over the playfield but I can control the camera normally. The camera zoom and pan is also a bit too fast. I made a little video for you to see it:
The Animations are lumpy.. it used to run better on my prev. PC which was very much less powerfull.
Any Advice? I tried compatibility Modes etc... with XP-Mode it is even worse and I get graphical errors.

This is a known bug with the game's usage of the processor's performance/time counter and is not an issue with Win7.
There are two workarounds:
1) Use the Client Extension when playing; the CE fixes this bug in the game client. Note that the CE is only effective in game sessions where you choose to apply it. (You can just run the included NWLauncher.exe to start the game with the CE already applied for convenience.)
2) Reboot your computer before playing (only a temporary fix, the problem will gradually become worse as the time counter in question, which is set to zero at processor reset, grows to become a large enough value).
