Are there any online stores that will allow pre-order and ship to australia I'd prefer to pay a lower price then be ripped off by my own country.

AFAIK, you'd have to contact each store to find out their shipping policy. Plus you'd have to deal with importing it into Australia and presumably custom's duties/taxes. Other than if you opt for the digital version and download it.

If only it were actually 25 GBP (38.85 AUD). With shipping costs, it comes up to about 52.60 AUD.
The cheapest place I've seen it for Australians is www.ozgameshop.com/pc-games/dragon-age-ii-2-signature-edition-game-pc . They have the PC version for 46.99 AUD, free shipping to Aus and NZ. I can't take credit for finding this; it's in another thread.

May I ask how you got free delivery? I just checked their site and there are shipping costs even within the UK, let alone internationally.
