Maybe a little sex scene here and there. Between Miranda and Liara then a nice romantic ending for it. I just hope it won't be the main attraction for the ending.

Probably , they'll figure why bother with it when it's been heavily criticized by fans as lacking compared to the first game. But that's exactly the reason they should push the m-rating and deal with the fall out later(being the last game in the trilogy). They've seen both sides , one parents mad at side boobs and the other fans mad because the scenes seem tame compared to the first.

Bioware's got three choices : Cut the feature altogether , go back to ME1 style(maybe push the m-rating) and last continue the ME2 style.Either way we will see what happens in ME3.

I personally think that ME2's romance culmination would have been much more like the first game's, but the media blew the ME1 sex scene up in everyones' faces. It was totally ridiculous having people saying there is full blown nudity and alien sex, and that having children watch it was mentally damaging. However, because the media, and the majority of docile Americans, are retarded, Bioware naturally had to make the love scene in ME2 less explicit and therefore less engaging and meaningful.

Hopefully, BW will get a break and be able to go full out with the romance in ME3.

However, and this is just my personal opinion, I believe that if they decide to carry romances over to ME3 from 2 (which I think they'll do), a much more intense conclusion to the romance could be a personalized mission (followed by some sort of intimate scene, obviously). I've stated this before in other threads, but a great example is Tali. As the culmination to their relationship, you could help/influence her people to begin the process of taking back their homeworld (peacefully hopefully, as this was implied in ME2).

ME1's scenes were amazing.

If ME2 really has fully clothed scenes, I'll probably stab myself right after I play it for the first time.

The fact that people are assuming there will be a sex scene should be a red flag to Bioware to shake things up a bit, depart from tradition for a while.

I know its all the progressive rage but please no interactive scenes, in the slightest. As that would entail QTE's from what we have seen in the mainstream games. And QTE's are the work of Satan and should stay out of the ME games

^ Basically this. I want Bioware to shock some people and ****** them off, make them realize this ain't kids stuff anymore. Look at them ****** and bask in their glory. And all you prudes... get the f*ck over it.

Come togethaaaa....right now..... with tali. :D

What do I hope from it? Preferably no "interactive gameplay elements".... hot coffee in ME would be in bad taste. Perhaps something with a more intimate setting... A space cabin is nice and all, but after you're stopped the invading reapers, I'd like to give tender kisses to my lady on a verdant field of green on a far-off planet. Doesn't that sound alluring...

Right... tali's last 10 seconds

How about a simple compromise? In the options you can select nudity on/off so everyone gets what they want.

This game was intended for adults.

If Parents can't control their children, that's their problem. Blame them and Game stores.

I just want my Passion and ME1 love theme.

(Off topic, but am I the only one who had to type his message 7 times because of the forums constantly logging me out?)

Make it better than ME1 & ME2 (more tasteful, meaningful with romantic ambiance and pls pls pls, no dry humping), it's a M rated game after all, a game NOT intended for kids.

Edit: typo.stupid keyboard -_-

No, you aren't and thank god its not just me. Both Firefox and Chrome work fine but for some reason IE really doesn't.

On topic, yes I want a mature romance scene and believable cuddling not dry humping or Women-that-have-killed-hundreds sitting like teenagers.

Like Gears of War's gore? I don't know man, that option was pretty flawed. Not seeing obscene amounts of gore when you chainsaw your way through an enemy felt really fake.

In order to do it right, Bioware would have to code and animate a whole different scene, one where a table or something blocks the view.

Way too much trouble for such a trivial thing.

The ME2 romance scenes were pitiful, really. I'm not some teenager/virgin with raging hormones, but the ME1 scenes at least gave the player some sense of accomplishment.

Just compare the Liara scene.

ME1 - subtle, tasteful, and enough revealed.

ME2 - black eyes, waste-grab, "thank you"... uh, what?

Yeah , when compared side by side ME1 wins.It really looks like they maybe rushed to create something to ship on the game. But some say they like the uniqueness of ME2 , we'll see bioware does.Just hope in ME3 they have an achievement for it , makes it worth while very easy points.

Wut.

The only bad sex scene in ME2 was Garrus, and that was made up for by his flexibility pun.

Personally I couldn't care one way or the other. But looking at why some are upset at the way ME2 scenes turned out , I can see why someone would say ME1 scenes are done a bit better than ME2 scenes.

Yes I'm going to resurrect this thread because that ^ is dead on. Whoever wrote ME1 scenes needs to do it for ME3 and every other game as far as I'm concerned.

And it's not an issue of nudity--the characters might as well have been clothed. It's an issue of creating an illusion of intimacy/excitement insofar as possible in a video game. ME1 does it with lightning, camera angles, sound/music... quite well done. ME2 gave no sense of intimacy and little sense of excitement.
