Sorry for being a noob but i recently just bought the game and just got past the tower of ishal but when i went to the store the recipes from the quarter master in ostagar where not there some where but not all of them is that the only place i can get these recpes and is it like that later in the game where only one npc has the recipes for crafting? please let me know and sorry for taking your time

You'll find many other merchants selling recipes for many items, don't worry.
