I've recently topped up my account with 1920 Points ( 560 + 560 + 500 ) for the Overlord, Katsumi and Shadowbroker DLC's for ME2.

 After running around in circles with the website I finally managed to buy the Shadow Broker DLC. When I come to buying the Overlord DLC after it, I purchased it and made sure it was the correct DLC. After I hit "Continue transaction" the website congratulated me on buying The shadow broker DLC again and took another 800 Points off me, Even though the Transaction recipt for me to pay the page before hand stated I was buying Overlord Pack for 560 points, Can you Please look into this and try to reimburse me for the 800 points that I've lost for re-buying a DLC I already have ?

I've noticed that tonight the website is Horrendously crap, I click to buy one DLC and it'll give me a description for another recently viewed DLC under the heading of the new DLC link I click, I have to click the "Buy now" Link twice for the DLC to show up, even then it'll forward me to the checkout and take points off me for another DLC I've recently bought rather than the new one. Sorry to complain but I've been trying to add points to my account and buy 3 DLC's and it's taken alittle over 30 mins of links sending me to wrong places and login's not allowing me.

Contact EA support (prefer Live Chat) and explain the situation- they'll get you straitened out. As far as the site, the only explanation I can come up with is that EA is shutting down some servers...but these problems have been intermitant for a while now with no sign of a fix...

Thank you for your Reply Dsurian, I have and they have refunded the 800 Points. I was looking through some of the other posts and realised this wasn't really the place for it ... stupidly IMHO seeing how its "Points.bioware" either way, the problem was fixed thanks to your help.



I would like to just warn people to keep a close eye on the DLC descriptions and Payments when paying for DLC's in the future!
