hey, i bought mass effect 2 when it came out, but just recently started with the xbox live, and when i now logged in for another run at finishing the game, it pops up about this cerberus network, and as they said, i had a key for that in the box. but whne im trying to activet it, it says "this key os alredy in use" ??? wtf? iv never even knew there was a key to this with the game, how can it then alredy be in use?

typing here since EA support blows liek nothing ever! impossible to send an email to those guys ><

If you bought the game used then there is a strong likelehood that the code has already been used, and so since it is a one time use only code, you will be unable to use it.



If you bought the game brand new then maybe someone guessed your code and used it (Unlikely).
