Okay, uh, is everyone else going as crazy as I am right now? I mean, I was just about to go to bed and then BOOM I checked this thread. Now I won't be able to sleep tonight. But it was totally worth it :)

Never doubted something awesome *wasn't* coming on that Date. Perhaps I'm too much of a blind believer, but, well, I've yet to be kicked in the Waterloos by anyone from BioWare, especially the Dragon Age team, so here's to being knocked on my backside in the best way possible come next month.

I think this needs to be cleared up, I think what Mike Laidlaw meant to say is they have a lot planned for the next month and why wouldnt they as it is the month before release and time to drive the hype into overtime, that being said I doubt they actually have anything huge planned for the 1st of February as the date contained in Awakenings was most likely Bioware jumping the gun on the release date.

Exactly, I haven't thought it could be read different way first time I saw it and I was surprized why people don't complain and go crazy like many people from here usually do ;)

...but I suppose I can understand this madness sometimes, I check this forum everyday myself to see if some new info came out from Bioware. I can't wait for this game! Even if it will be only half as great as Origins it'd still be amazing and worth playing for me. :)

that's because after the release of DA2 he and the rest of the developing team will be known as GOD (or kosh:P) until DA3 is announced and the cycle begins anew.
