I love my PC, but, I don't want to upgrade it for DA2...

Thats why I got my hand on the PS3 ultimate edition, I miss my keyboard and my mouse already.

That's just an  'extra' feature that I'd like to see in DA2 Image IPB

To clarify - the PS3 and the PC versions of DA2 are different from each other. The PS3 version is designed with a gamepad in mind while the PC version is obviously designed with the mouse and keyboard in mind.

They don't make the exact same game for each system

Because making it work for PC is different than making it work for console mouse and keyboard.

PC doesn't work with gamepad either for example.

I know the programming is different. The Code for xbox360 is similar to PC version while ps3 version is totaly different. If they can program it on PC they can on Ps3 and Xbox. The only thing is why would they waste time programing a extra fonction if nobody is going to use it. Now thats WHY I start this thread, it's to see how many user would like to TRY the mouse and keyboard on console

But I wished they would implement the controller for Mass Effect 2 on PC.  For Dragon Age, it's better mouse and keyboard.  But since Dragon Age 2 seems to be more like an action game, I wonder if a controller would be really better.

I'm sure DA2 will support analog pad on pc. Most console ports do that much.

This game is not a console port - all of its versions are being developed side-by-side.

You see, I used my PC and my 360 to play ME2 and I prefer ALOT more the keyboard and mouse

Thx Atakuma .Anyway, I don't beleive that you can place DA pc version with a game pad

We considered gamepad support on the PC, but the two interfaces are diverged quite sharply (since they mirror the DA: O interfaces). As such, we settled on playing to the strengths of both input devices and optimizing the consoles for a gamepad while keeping DA II's PC interface designed for mouse and keyboard specifically.

you don't want to upgrade for DA2?

I personally think that DA2 will have a same is not the lowest (recommend) spec for most of the PC games coming out this year.

Then don't.

Upgrade it for DA2, and Crysis 2, and ME3 and Battlefield 3, and SWToR.

Damn it's going to be a good gaming year.

Out of pity.

All this time I thought it was because they loved me and my PC dollars.
