Yes but a lot of that of that is due to her being a practicioner of Divination, as well as an occultist. You do not have to actually cause something to have foreknowedge of it as far as religion and occult goes.
If that were the only thing (which is completely valid, given that she warned maric of the Blight 30 years prior, the architect doesn't gain knowledge until the Calling, 11 years later) then I would dismiss any link.
But, out of all the places in Thedas, the Blight starts in the Kocari Wilds. Flemeth's domain. And ferelden had never had a Blight before, all the other ones starting in the North of Thedas. Anderfells got hit twice. That raises an eyebrow for me.

The only real argument for what you are talking about is what Morrigan actually says at the end of Witchhunt. Which to me seems pretty much the author/s tipping their hand to foreshadow future plot lines.
To the rest, I might I might invoke the Social Science axiom of "Correlation does not equal causation". Sure with Occam's razor you might want to infer causation as being the most likely scenario. But like the famous example why correlation doesn't equal causation (A huge relationship between eating ice cream and drowning). I can think of other compelling reasons.
1) The Arch Demon is Intelligent and Intuitive. It may have simply sensed that there were less Wardens in Ferelden and decided it was ripe for the picking.
2) The Wilds are a good place to mass troops because its a long way from the Bans and Teryns. It also provides more reason why things take so long for things to get going as far as establishing some semi-believability for the plot.
3) If the Blight didn't start in the wilds, it would add some extra complications to the Plot if it didot start in a neutral place. For example, could you imagine if it started from the Deep Roads enterance of Gwaren? But the writers wanted to do the same basic plot line in the Canon game, but then had to try to figure out how and why Loghain would leave his own Teryn to the Darkspawn to act as Regent and convince people at both Landsmeets that he could lead?
