Couldn't find any other method to ask for help, as the direct email form wasn't loading, so I thought I'd post this here.
This is a persistent problem that I have encountered every time I have attempted to add points. I've repeatedly tried over the last two months, and in three different states, so I have no idea what's going on.
I click the "add points" button, and immediately get an "internal error" message. Thanks!

one thing i noticed and which is quite important is that even though it comes with an error msg, you still buy the points, and you are still billed for them. I also have this problem, but be aware of this, els you will end up spending quite some money if you keep trying. Always check your currency status after you get the error msg, to see if it went through anyway.
