Ok, so here's my problem...
My EA account has a DragonAge_6254 persona for my game. On the Bioware Social Site, I also have this 6254 persona, BUT I also have some 31398145 persona. I can find it when I go under "Full Profile" then my "Games" tab, then under Dragon Age: Origins - Player Profiles, it lists both of those profile numbers.
I deleted all past content on my default 6254 profile, but when I click that odd number one, I get a bunch of really old characters I played AND deleted a long time ago. Why was a separate profile created with past characters that were deleted?
I want to fix this problem. I already spoke to EA and they just keep uttering "cannot delete persona."
How to delete a Social Site persona?

You cannot delete personas, end of story. If you are intent upon cleaning out that persona, see the relevant sticky. Otherwise, just forget about it.

I think my problem is different from what those guides explain. When I click on this "odd" persona, I go into profile diagnostics and it immediately says "invalid persona/game combination." When I go to manage characters and try to delete one of these old characters, I get "Unable to connect to the on-line storage server."
This persona is also not listed under my EA account like my other profile is. I can manipulate my other profile no problem as it is associated with my EA DragonAge persona. Seems buggy imo, and I'm not sure there is a way to fix it short of creating a new EA account.

Another thing to mention is that this DragonAge_31398145 profile is only showing up when I go to "Full Profile" and under my "Games" tab. If I click the link "Show other player profiles" it only displays my default 6254 profile. It seems this old profile got corrupted and is lingering on my account.

I don't know why this is really bothering me, but it is. I could use the help of Bioware or anyone here to help clean out this corrupted profile. Since it might be a little confusing, I'll summarize the problem in better detail:
My only EA persona for Dragon Age is the DragoneAge_6254 persona.
My default profile on this social site is in regards to that persona, 6254. It currently has no character data/screenshots, and lists all my achievements accumulated from the past.
The little link under Draetor's Player Profile that says "click here to view this user's other player profiles" only displays my 1 profile (DragonAge_6254). However, if I go to my Full Profile page, then select the "Games" tab from there, it shows that I have another Dragon Age profile called DragonAge_31398145.
If I click this profile, I have 2 characters show up that I played a very long time ago (which I have deleted a long time ago as well, but they somehow reappeared in this strange profile). I also have old screenshots stored here relating to those characters, which I also deleted a long time ago. If I go to Profile Diagnostics, I get the error "invalid persona/game combination." If I go to delete the characters, I get the error "Unable to connect to the on-line storange server."
I plan to play through the game with my new Ultimate Edition copy, and I want to clean out this old corrupted data so I have a clean account with which to upload data to.
Thanks everyone.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but couldn't you start a new account for your new Ultimate Edition copy?

Well, the account you create on this site is directly related to my EA account and persona. I've tried deleting my account here already and recreating. It should sync with my 6254 persona, and it does, but it also keeps adding that 2nd profile. I don't even have a persona with EA for that 2nd profile, so I can't edit/change/delete it at all.

Just checked my EA Profile. I also have a strange, numbers-only, persona. I've deleted my Social BioWare account a while ago and recreated it with the same name as well. It doesn't do anything and I'm not worrying about it.
Did you try to contact EA and tell them it's broken? Maybe they could sync them together.

I already discussed with EA how to resolve it, and they just tell me my personas are operating fine and the link between them and my games is normal. As long as I'm able to play my games normally, they don't care about Bioware's social site basically.

Guess we'll have to live with those bugged personas:) EA's support couldn't even transfer a game from one EA classic account to my second one, even though I've provided them all the information needed. Well, this is the price we have to pay for buying games from a corporation this size.
