My account is completely broken and really needs to be fixed.

As a .NET programmer I can definitely say the account is absolutely broken, and I fear I'll someday lose my account if this continues.

Also, the problems are extremely numerous, but I can't test because it demands I constantely need to login. Even just entering this topic makes me wonder if it'll ever reach the site.

Just a grasp of the number of problems...
  • It constantely asks me to log in again everywhere, it is unable to remember any my login details (Obviously after I clicked "Remember me")
  • It "forgets" that I have registered my games, I have to log into Dragon Age, click on "Online Profile" ingame before it recognizes I still have Dragon Age. After that I can access my DLC content
  • Under "My Games", Mass Effect 2 isn't even visible, even though I've bought DLC for it.

Does your password by chance contain any strange and/or unusual characters?

Just regular characters, there's nothing unusual about how I configure my accounts, I can assure you of that. This is also the only site that gives me any problems, it definitely seems like there's a database problem.

Sadly, I think you have to talk to EA Support. If it helps, I can see that you have 3 games and recently uploaded a DA character. The last time I saw something like this, the victim had a password that included a ? and when they changed it to a password with just letters and numbers, the problem went away.

@ Iemander: The third issue you listed is not a problem connected with DLCs. ME2 doesn't create a player profile here and therefore isn't visible under my games - that option is for an easier access to your uploaded characters.

Wait, I've really searched for the support link but all I found was this forum. How can I contact EA support and where?

Select "Contact Us" on the list to the left - you'll probably have to log in, use the same info that you use for the BSN. Then get to typing - if you're lucky, you'll have Live Chat available which will likely improve the chances of your problem being fixed in a timely fashion - if Live Chat isn't available to you, you should still be able to send an email.

Something tells me, though, that it might be a browser/cookie issue - would be worth trying a different browser. 2nd problem is common - it's just the game having issues connecting securely with your EA persona. 3rd problem, as another said, is just a failing by EA with keeping this forum up to date.
