So, I just finished Mass Effect 2, and I very thoroughly enjoyed the game to the point where I started mining all the systems and trying to get every side mission I could. I just decided to go and purchase the Overlord DLC, so I opened Steam, started the Mass Effect 2 Launcher, and hit the link to download extra content.

I was taken to the Bioware Social Network page for ME2 DLC (http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc) and proceeded to add BioWare Points and spend them on the Overlord Pack. After that whole transaction, I was taken to the My Registered Game Promotions page, where the list is empty. I can't find anywhere that says my transaction ever occurred. My current Bioware Points balance is 0, which it wasn't after I used my card to buy the necessary amount.

This account is one I created when I bought Mass Effect 2 on Steam.

What's the story?
