Wow, that was quick. Good call.

All joking aside, the reveal of yet another Rogue has me a bit irked and even more hopeful. In Dragon Age Origins, we had two mages, two rogues, three warriors, one dog, and one golem. If we have three rogues, that could imply that we may have a few more companions in Dragon Age 2. More party members is certainly plus both gameplay wise and story wise.

Also, I come to notice "quests" as a plural as well. does that means that our companions will have more than a single personal quest as well? (which is pretty awesome if y' ask me.)
Yes, all companions have multiple personal quests. This includes Sebastian.
The bonus with this character is that every time someone says his name, Seb Hanlon gets to cringe.

what is it with nobles being archers? First Eleanor Cousland, then Nate, and now this guy. I mean, I know many nobles enjoy hunting in their spare time, but there should still be some trained as soldiers.
That aside, I like the character so far. It seems like ordering the SE version's gonna be worth it

I am guessing there will be roughly the same number of companions as in DAO. Though I wonder how they distribute the workload among the five main writers.
David - Fenris
Luke - Aveline
Jennifer - Sebastian, Bethany
Sheryl - Isabela
Mary - Varric
If they all wrote two companions each then that would cover Carver, two mages and maybe another warrior (or a dog/shale type).
But that assumes Bethany/Carver have content equivalent to a full companion. Also some writers may prefer to write one companion and lots of minor characters instead. And others want to write more than two companions,

Not so much "cringe" as "spin around in his chair before realizing they're talking about DLC". Also, there was a time where bugs related to Sebastian and his content got assigned to me to fix, entirely on the strength of the name. /sigh.

If you've been following the development of the TV adaptation of GRRM's Game of Thrones at all, the ability of fans to pinpoint an actor for any part with even the slightest clue shouldn't surprise you.David Gaider wrote...
