I'm not sure but I'd like to know. It hasn't been said that only SE preorders get him free so it's quite possible that he could be like Shale.

I was under the impression that people who order the SE get him free....and that in the future you'll have to buy him as DLC.

This *did* say that actually.  Am headed out the door or I would share a link.  But that was confirmed.

Being a Dune sci-fi nerd pays off I guess. I also remember seeing Newman in a few episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise.  He's got a great voice- good with accents too.

Bioware, you will make tons of fangirls cry if you make a character with that sort of accent that isn't romanceable. Granted, we'd probably just settle for him having tons of lines instead.(Who cares if he's not romanceable if you can melt over the accent?)

Well, they said long ago that this character will be an exclusive content of the SE. Don't see the reason to put him in the normal version.
