He's already starting to wrap you around his finger. You'll end up patting him gently when he goes into melee, all forgiving and such.

While I like the design, his appearance(and the appearance of that area) look more like Fable than Dragon Age. The armor seems out of place to me. Maybe it's just the brightness or something, but it doesn't fit IMO.

i like the armor, i'm biased though since i love white armors with golden linings and i wasn't expecting to see one.
so i'm pleasantly surprised.

I appreciated that it was bright after the dreary color palette frequently utilized in Origins. The area still looked a bit dirty and lived in while being vibrant. I do not like Sebastian's armor much, however. It was not the coloring so much as design that put me off.

The color scheme in in that trailer is very nice. The teeth are nicer. I like the textures on the hair and robe though the armor is sort of fuzzy.

Kirkwalls environments look richer than Denerim in this shot.

Exactly how it seemed to go actually. Though through a combination of Cone of Cold, Crushing Prison and Blood Wound, the Ogre was essentially constantly frozen, so she could probably have spent her time paint her nails during battles to be honest, and we'd still have won the fights

It would be evil, considering we couldn't fit any more rogues into the party.

Hawke, Isabela, Varric, and Sebastian would make a full party of rogues.

Interesting. Well, I'm not counting on him being romanceable, even though I was hoping for at least one human male option, but I'd really like for him to have a full dialogue track like non-DLC characters. If he gets that much I'll be happy. The cutscene was pretty neat-o, I wonder if we'll have many like that.

It does seem that way, with his seductive Scottish lilt and dreamy, deep blue eyes I feel I could just fall int.... wait, stop it Seb! <_<

Also think that maybe the next companions could be mages, and in the page of the add ons, there is an "Orsino's Mage robe" for an avatar, maybe a companion or maybe a NPC.

In two weeks they'll announce that the returning character is in fact Zevran. Not that I'd complain. More rogues does seem unlikely at this point though.

He has a Scottish accent, so presumably he's a Free Marchian. Probably from one of the surrounding city states.

He's not Orlesian, and from what we heard of Cassandra, he's not Nevarran either. Antiva and Rivain are out too, based on his accent and appearance. My guess is that he's from one of the city-states that make up the Free Marches, and that the Scottish accent he has is pretty dominant there.

Sebastian couid be one of my favourite characters in DA world, he's great from what I've seen so far:) and I think that Bioware did awesome job showing him before preorder expires.

ferelden- ruled by alistair/warden with/or anora
orlais- ruled by empress of orlais
rivain- unknown but doubt it
antiva- doubt it

i'm guessing he's the prince of a kingdom currently unknown to us players or he's the prince of one of the free marches city states.

I just realised that this means you could run with an entire party of rogues. Heheh, will have to try that sometime.

This was literally my second thought after watching the trailer (the first being "ooh, another prince?").  I was intending to play a rogue on my first playthrough, and Varric, Isabela and now Sebastian all sound so cool and interesting that an all-rogue party for me is a real possibility.

Maybe I should play a mage instead...  I mean, seriously, these characters all sound great, but a no-mage party is just asking for trouble...

It's like playing Golems of Amawa**** (I can never remember), with a Warden that's not a mage. Something that I would never, ever do...

I assume he's from the Free Marches. There are several city-states there so he could be a prince of one of them.

From all the companions I have seen so far, he's my favourite. Very impressed with this one, despite the Nathaniel background resemblance. Me likes!
