I doubt it, but their hair does look alike.  Sebastian's hair appears to be slicked back whereas Varric's is pulled back in a small ponytail.  They also both have widows peaks, but that's where the similarities end.

I'm liking the look of this DLC and the trailer was dramatic. Seb is not bad looking either. Hmmm should be interesting to delve into his story.

Oh, right, it's Paul Atreides. Knew I knew that name somewhere. Didn't recognize the voice, though, because for some reason the kwisatz haderach couldn't be Scottish. Which meant he couldn't say kwisatz haderach in brogue, which is a damn shame.

Seriously. I have never been to Scotland but I could identify it immediately. It's not even an obscure or hard to place accent. Sheesh.

When I noticed that Sebastian's eyes were bright blue, and then read that his VA is Muad'dib, this pic pretty much summed up my train of thought :3

Also, might as well post the livestream piece I did past midnight today. Pity I didn't record the video of the process for posterity T_T
