I don't think they make a DLC Companion an LI, it would be unfair to those that don't have the DLC. Not saying that I don't want to, it just seems unlikely. And some of the fan boys will probably scream and rant on the forums that it's unfair and that they want a female DLC companion, or something like that.



And I wouldn't blame them if it's the case, but if he is romanceable. I'm going to play a Female Hawke. I'm probably going to do two playthroughs anyway, Male Mage (Good, Evil, Neutral I haven't decided yet) and Female Rogue (Good, well mostly)

I'm not seeing it as unfair, but there are just so many people b*tching about DLC for no good reason... And of course there might be some fanboys who complain about not having a female LI DLC is unfair, because some have Sebastian Veal and all...

I myself would just start a female character to see how those romances are done.

I"m not one of the people that's angry, I'm getting the SE.
I'm just saying that if Sebastian Vael is an LI, that some people might be jealous and want a female LI DLC as well.

Well, Kasumi and Zaeed were DLC and not LI (much to the dismay of many fangirls/boys). Very doubtful Sebastian will be one as well, which is a pity because ...you know.

Sheesh, my brother in law is African American.  I am not a bigot in anyway.  He's my brother but it doesn't mean that I have to date an African American or that I am an Archie Bunker.  I said that I'm not interested in African American men just like I'm not interested in Aliens.  BTW, I live 1 hr north of NY city.  I have many African American friends and they feel the same way about white guys.  I just don't find Jacob, in ME2, attractive nor do I find Garrus or Thane attractive.  It doesn't make you a biggot if you don't date African Americans.  Believe me, mixed couples even here are not the norm.

Same here, I don't know which one I'd prefer, though Seb would be number one. Especially because I'm going to play a mage

They did get Morrigan again in Witch hunt, plus Leliana dlc's. Seperate adventures sure but if one wants to talk about fair where were the Alistair and Zev dlcs?...bah on fair I say.

Even though WH was disappointing to some people it will still Morrigan for pete's sake. One of the best (imho) characters around.

On second thought, the guys couldn't complain about unfair DLC romances if Sebastian was a bi option. They could still play a fella and get a DLC romance, and if they dislike m/m, then they can play as a lass. Problem solved.

While I can't understand that at all... *sighs in the general direction of Fenris* I can definitely get liking Sebastian. I fear he'll be admiring, but chaste. If I'm wrong, I'll be thrilled, but that's my current expectation.

I am kind of guessing at a Valentine's Day LI reveal to make up for last year's V-Day event which didn't happen. I can easily see them doing that. If that occurs, then it may be we'll know everyone, or at least a few.

If they confirmed Isabela and/or Aveline alone, I'd be grumpy though, because they're already pretty obvious.

I have a feeling Sebastian will not be a love interest. I mean, an optional DLC character with an optional romance track? That would be lots of zots burned up on a party member many players may not see unless the majority of DA2's early sales are Signature Editions.

Even if I cannot romance him, please make him have more convos that Zaeed did in ME2.
Once you got through his stories he just sat there on your ship like a bloody lump.  Really annoyed me.

i'm loving the cutscene animations, specifically the one where the old woman holds up the paper and it gets shot off by an arrow and then stuck to wall...glorious.

Gagh .. you get a slap for making me envision King Cailan saying that and shaking his head like a ******.    But that was a neat scene.
