Ah, Alec Newman from the Dune miniseries? Hmm, it was pretty good, but I'm sci-fi obsessed enough that I even liked the David Lynch version of Dune - tee-hee. Hmm, I've kind of had a minor crush on Alec Newman...dang it, not being able to romance Sebastian kind of sucks then - doh! But yay for him voicing Sebastian at least!

Y'know, all the new info on Anders and his possible confrontation with Seb makes me wonder . . . . . .



If he was sworn to the priesthood as a boy, would he really be that religious? Throwing extra heirs to religion was a popular way to make way for the designated heir, so what if Seb didn't go there willingly? He and Anders might have more in common than they thought.

You guys think we'll get any more Sebastian before release? I know he's DLC and not all of the main characters even have trailers yet but Sebastian hasn't gotten any mention at all since the trailer which was some time ago

It would be nice, but I'm not sure how much new info we'll get now for anybody, honestly. They're releasing the demo, and most answers seem to be "you'll have to play and see."
I think the 4 main LIs being confirmed is the last bone they'll throw us as far as character info goes. But that might be kind of nice. I wouldn't want too much info spoiling my game play.

I think the brotherly love talk in the Romance thread has at least been good for something since it's managed to rile up mr. Priestly who in his outburst all but confirmed Vael won't be romance able.

Meaning they wrote this character who's practically a walking romance novel in such a way that we can't romance him thus making him a completely useless Varric understudy.

That's just your opinion. I know you have some shallow comparisons between the two, but from what I've seen, they have vastly different personalities thus making Seb a unique character.

AS for the romance option, although I hold a slim hope (possibly Samara-like situation) for anything at all, I've long ago contented myself with making my own story with him once the game comes out and we have a much clearer picture of who everyone is.
