Hi, idk if it's just my system or not, but when i attack as my main character, he just runs away mostly into the nearest wall and just continues to run not going anywhere. When I had this for the ps3, i never had this issue. Please someone help if you know the answer, it's starting to get really annoying...

Sounds like that controller issue where the software is too picky about the deadzone of the analogue stick, and the character starts to run in an anti-clockwise circle. It's annoying and far as I know there is no fix and not limited to the UE.
It's also why I don't play on harder difficulties on my 360 as it ruins tactics.

Has bioware given any response to the problem of the second disk not finding any hard drive to install on?? I got the ultimate edition just for the DLC, as I have the origins and awakening for pc, and this is really bugging me.
