After 20 you can only get exp via DM given experience. I want to RP a Assassin that can actually do his job. Could someone by chance help me set up a class that can do his job effectively?

I have been playing a RP server with a Level cap of 20. After 20 you can only get exp via DM given experience. I want to RP a Assassin that can actually do his job. Could someone by chance help me set up a class that can do his job effectively?

A classic, simple build is Ranger 11/Assassin 9. 21/9 at level 30. Or leave Assassin at 8, take 1 Monk level for Flurry, and dual wield kamas.
There are lots of ways to build an Assassin. You can take some Bard levels if you want some spells (similar to an Arcane Trickster, but better), or Fighter for feats and better AB...
