Hey andy, a few are concept art, a lot of them are in-game.

The faces do seem to look better yeah, hard as it is to tell from low res shots as those.

But anyway, since when is posting/linking to magazine scans not highly frowned upon anymore? It hardly matters if it's not from a Bioware game.

I can't tell what is concept art and what is in game. It all looks like concept art.

Edit: Am I the only one who sees parallels to Ego Draconis in the whole dragon born bit?

Holy crap that looks amazing. Not only do the environments look great as usual, the characters look like people!

The one shot with the blonde woman is such a massive improvement with the characters.

The ones that aren't...are in-game.

It's not that hard to tell between in-engine rendered shots and drawings......

It's in-game, Bethesda does a very similar picture to that for every Elder Scrolls game. Did that with ES4 and ES3 before.

Please note that these images aren't really supposed to be high res screenshots.

The reason they are grainy is because they where scanned from the pages of the magazine,zoomed,and then exported from an image editing software at large dimensions.

Most of them are in-game.

Looks like the Draugr from Bloodmoon are back.

Seeing the face of that woman pretty much confirmed it's no longer Gamebryo engine, right? Normally I always roll a Dunmer first, but considering the backstory I might actually roll a Nord now.
