I'm not talking about the color and crap. Just zoom in to see the crappy textures and where the heck is the lighting?nightcobra8928 wrote...
yes, but i'm biased towards white armor with golden linings, not that it matters much.

I believe this is the screenshot you are looking for?
Mind you, it was taken off of a TV screen at a convention I believe. It looks better than some of the armor, but still the disparity in textures between the heads and the armor is striking in almost every screen we've seen.

The previous videos and screenshots looked much better. Dunno what happened and why the textures in this trailer are so low resolutionDarthCaine wrote...

OT, The symbol on the center isn't the Grey Warden's symbol?

Exactly my thoughts, the mouth moved but the rest of the face seemed expressionless, even the lip synching was slightly off. Wooden is the word I'd use for it sadly

It does look like the same symbol......but if that is Grey Warden armor (the armor in the picture that axa89 posted had the same symbol).......why would Hawke be wearing Grey Warden armor??nightcobra8928 wrote...

I agree there are lot of low res textures, some are good though.DarthCaine wrote...
That looks good IMO, as do some other screenshots with Hawke only armor. However the new trailer is just filled with crappy low res textures

Not everything with wings is a griffon! We're just predisposed to think so.

I personally liked the graphics in Origins, but then again, I'm not picky. I'm just hoping it won't be worse graphics-wise, and judging from the screenshots, it looks great. ^^; Though I am hopeful for more realism, in body shapes and such.

True for me. I recognize some details and animation are better but find the cartoony look offputting.Blastback wrote...
I think that the graphics are indeed improved. What I think some people are objecting to is the art style, which in some screens does look more cartoony. Other times like that one of the Quinari, it looks awesome.
