Well, I'll probably do what I did when ME2 came out

That is increase my stock of coffee, hook my PC to my gigantic ass TV and turn off my cell phone, lock my room and stay in there till I'm at a very important part of the game, then I go out, build my interest till I can't take it anymore and get back to playing it

I'll be back home in Thailand during March getting surgery for my right eye (a cornea transplant). That's no joke. BUT I pre-ordered it and having it delivered to my friend here in Arizona. Which means, the second I am off that 19 hour plane ride I am taking the first cab, paying him 20 bucks extra to drive me to my apartment complex (again, no joke), knocking on my friend's door until he comes out, exchange pleasantries for about 30 seconds, get the signature edition, go back to my apartment next door, lock the door, hook up the xbox, insert the disc and play for 48 hours straight. Yes I have planned this. And good thing about all this is that I'll have PERFECT vision to play the game with, making the wait just a little bit sweeter. =) In the meantime though, I'll be attempting to avoid divulging myself of spoilers although I doubt that will happen.

March 8th is a Tuesday, so I'll be working. I'll probably also be working on Wednesday. But as soon as I get out of work, I'm tearing that game open and playing it for as long as I possibly can.

Going to the midnight release at the Gamestop where I put in my preorder. Getting my SE. Going home. Grabbing soda and a blanket. Playing it until everything starts getting blurry and I can't keep my eyes open, even with the aid of caffeine and squee.

This happened to me for ME2. I got release day delivery and woke up at, like, seven AM. Sat by the window the entire day only to have it get there at 6 PM. I was near tears; I didn't think it was coming, hahahah. You don't do that crap, UPS. You just don't.

How cruel!! What I really wanted was a digital download on Steam but since that's not happening I jumped on the free shipping deal from GameStop and now I have to wait for the mail. *cry*

Since I'm my own boss, I'll probably finish 1-2 weeks of work in advance and merrily take that same amount of days off as my Dragon Age Vacation in March. Hellooooooo, Springtime!

I'll be going into hibernation away from the forums for probably a week, depends how quickly my copy gets here from the UK. As much as I love the BSN.. I will be avoiding spoilers like the plague. Will probably be playing ME2 or DA:O while eagerly waiting on DA2 to show up. After marathoning through my first playthrough, I'll start posting again and probably gearing up for a second playtrhough after hearing about all the dialogue I missed out on.

I've counted it out and that week is a short week for me (I work 3 12-hour days one week then 4 the next), so that day will be my Friday. The next 4 days will be a blurry haze.

Being unemployed/granparent caretaker does have it's benefits. I can pretty much binge play when I like!

Most likely not playing the game as knowing Play.com, they won't send it till the 11th at the earliest, which being a friday means it won't possible arrive before Monday due to no post delivered over the weekend.



Having said all that, it may be close enough to exams that I'll be too busy studying to play till May. Probably in time for patches though
