Immediately, nothing, since I no longer have access to a computer capable of playing DA2 and won't be getting a new laptop till June.



Later, watch Amazon for price drops. Buy laptop, game and DLC on the same day, hope to finish playing it before I get married and go on honeymoon in July. I don't think I'm allowed to bring it with me.

Most likely still playing DA:O. Lol, I'm completely non-euphoric about DA2, so yeah. *shrug*

Also because I (pre)ordered DA2 in the UK (the delivery will take some time to Germany) and second I'm long not done with playing Origins, since I only got lately a comp capable to handle the PC- version. There are tons of mods left to try for me

1) I am going to avoid reading the Dragon Age board to avoid spoilers (because some folks are pretty dense about blurting them out even with no spoiler labels.)


2) I will try to avoid buying DA II until its put on a reduced price or even if it comes out on game of the year edition because I'm not so happy with ratio of content and quality per $ spent by last batch of DA products. (This assumes Mr's Addais willpower also holds out)


3) Will try to play other games in the mean time to keep myself occupied.   Like the new DC Universe Online coming out next week, and older games I have as well as ones my wife has recently downloaded that I haven't played like Bioshock and the Witcher.

Avoid this forum on 8 march because dragon age 2 is coming on 10 or 11 march in europe on 10 march probaly go to school after that gonna get dragon age 2 and play it whole day.

Make a stock of food and drink, and depending whether I have school or not, play all night, or get prepared to play all night.

1) Avoid the forum from the 8th to avoid spoiler trolls and the temption to spoil myself anyway.
2) Wait for the 11th to come around. Curse the yanks for getting thier copies early.
3) Get up early on the 11th so I can wash my hair and still get to the store as soon as it opens
4) Get my hands on SE DA2
5) Do my happy dance. Ignore the looks I'm sure to be getting from the game store staff
6) Rush hone. Stopping briefly along the way to my drinks and food stuffs
7) Play game until I'm told it's now the 12th
8) Be dragged kicking and screaming to work and spend the whole day wanting to get back home so I can play some more.

Timeline:

Now until March - Scour the forums and interwebs for any news I can dig up on DA2 in eager anticipation.

March 8 - Have the best time of my life at Mardi Gras.

March 9 - Sober up and go to work, get home at 5:30 to (hopefully) a copy of the SE waiting in my mailbox and then commence to play it nonstop for at least 5 - 10 hours foregoing eating, sleeping, using the bathroom, and most life threatening situations.

March 10 - Sorrowfully leave with my Xbox whispering in my ear "Play me." and poubt at work all day until I get home. This will continue until the weekend where I will most likely put enough hours into the game to beat it.

Play the game until I burn out...like every other game I buy. Because I don't buy unless I'll beat a game at least 5 times. The only game I regreted buying out like the 100 I have is Ninty Nine Nights...........

Unfortunately for me March 8 is in the week right before spring break so I'll probably have way too much work to do and a bunch of exams to study for.
The day it arrives I'll install it, download the extra content and play as much as I can while still being able to do all the work I'll have, and do so until the week ends. Come Friday afternoon I'll move my coffee machine into my room and will not move until I am done with my first playthrough. The following week I'll do nothing more than play.
