Like height for example? I can't find anything definite, although I know Turians stand around 6'6" average, and Krogan weigh about a ton in armor. Anybody coming up with anything definite?
Do the books mention the avg size of aliens in them?

The codex mentions quarians being slightly shorter than the average human, and a bit more lean.
