Bought ME2 through Steam

Redeemed in game through main menu
and redeemed with EA
Now my problem here is that I do not have any content available to download. No option available to DL anything and it isnt showoing on my page. I went to the dlc page and when I enter the code, it is already in use since I entered it already. But i never DL'ed anything so I am at a complete loss for what I am supposed to do at this point.
I would like to buy all the DLC but if i can't even get the free DLC to work right I am uncertain if i should even try.
Can somone please help me out (even if im being a moron, which oddly enough is what i think is happening here).

I went to that page yesterday after reading the forums for a while but there were no and still are no entitlements listed under the area where its says titles and such

Also from my "My registered promotions" drop down button on my profile it doesnt show that i have it registered

Are you sure you redeemed it the first time on the same account you're using now?

I am also having this problem. My older DLs are under the "My registered promotions" tag but the 2 new dl I bought today are not. Also it doesn't show ME2 as registered though it is.

@Tao: It depends on the version of the game you bought as to what DLC you get. If you bought the basic version, then theres no free DLC.
@Rinni: Are you sure you bought them under this account, and werent logged in under another? Given that ME and ME2 have been on sale, and have been purchased quite a bit, it could be the servers are congested and are not updating quickly to show them. Give it another few hours and check again.

Ok so I contacted EA customer support and they reset my promo code and my cleared out my account on this site. Once it was reset and i reset up my account here it was all set up and good to go. Took all of 10 minutes on the ea customer support site through live chat which i only had to wait like 45 seconds for.
If you get any problem like this just contact them. super easy. super fast. And far easier than looking through a million forums to try to find out what to do.
