As a character, Liara by far. For utility, Liara in ME1 and Thane in ME2.

Jacob. Sensible. Sane. Stable. Possessing not only a working moral compass, but a maturity to let things go.
But Dean, he's soooo boring. I only like squadmates who are psychotic.

I'm curious as to how Liara would rate on the sane/stable meter for you two...Cerberus Operative Ashley Williams wrote...

I kid, I kid. I'd have to say either Miranda or Liara.....

EDIT: For ME2 I'd have to say Samara/Thane/or Miranda (I really love her squad bonus too).

And he's the only one who gets Pull without a prerequisite. Jacob gets my vote too.

Am I the only one who finds it kind of crap that Jacob's only biotic abilities are pull and barrier (which you only get when he's loyal). They really should've given him some more biotic abilities.

No thanks. He compliments my Adept perfectly. The best (imo) ammo power with a warp bomb set up. Get him the GPS and he's perfect for me.

Exactly. It's nice to see people recognizing just how useful Pull is. While I wouldn't say no to more powers available for squadmates, Jacob is fine with his current setup.

Well since I play Infiltrator I usually go with the more adept style biotics. But I can see why you wouldn't need it COAW
Jacob's ammo power is usually more helpful than Pull for Infiltrators, at least until you can spare the points to master your own. Even rank 1 Pull can be useful, though, for setting Miranda/Thane/Liara up for a Warp explosion.

I've played both 1 and 2, never heard of this person.
