My problem is in hearing the majority of texts in someone's voice (while reading or recalling, of course, don't just hearing voices). This e-mail was originally in Joker's voice. Awkward.

OMG..

Some days I hate that the devs seem to think that this is a trilogy about Shepard and the Reapers, when really it's a trilogy about Shepard and Kaidan.  Silly writers...


Also, I put up another chapter if someone might be interested.

not with Kelly part and... I don't quite agree with the MShep... but yes.
Can't help it but anything describing Kaidan and someone 'interacting' out free will drives me into rage. And since I am not a big fan of Miranda (she is an interesting character but I just don't like her) I can come up with a lot of horribly brutal and gory ideas within a minute.

And Selenora, you ought to keep writing quests the like, collect them and send them towards BioWare. I'd be willing to start a petition to include them in ME3, heh.

My biggest problem with Miranda and Kaidan is that I honestly don't think he would go for someone who was obssessed with how beautiful she is. I know she discusses it like it's a bad thing to be genetically perfect but she's still hung up on it, everytime someone mentions this Kaidan's line from ME1 pops into my head,



'she was beautiful but not stuck-up about it, kind of like you...'



I honestly don't think Miranda is the kind of person Kaidan would look twice at, she's beautiful, she knows it and she's willingto use it to get what she wants, whereas Kaidan sees Shep as someone who's beautiful but uses her other skills to achieve her goals.



Kelly I see as more likely but don't think she's adventerous enough for him. If I HAD to choose someone else to pair him with Kasumi seems most likely but I think he'd have major issues with her chosen profession.

Miranda and Kaidan...I'm not sure about it. I think they have some different kind of moral views, which would lead, I believe, in a lot of discussions.



LoL...nothing against Kelly, but I can't see her at all with Kaidan. In this case I would believe that Miranda would fit better....but maybe I'm just prejudiced, because actually I just want to see my Shepard at his side

I don't think Miranda is that caught up in how she looks, but that discussion is better had on the Miranda thread. And it's not that I don't like Kaidan/Shepard. I like it a lot. I just can't write Shepard to save my life. I leave that to you guys.I am glad that some of you seem to be enjoying my posts.

Oh it's not that i have anything against your posts jtav, please don't think it's a criticism of you, I just don't see it. There are other people I'd put Kaidan and Miranda with first, I'm not even trying to bash Miranda, it's just my perspective on the issue :-)

@Sia maybe you're right but I don't think there's enough that would piqué his interest for him to want to stick around to find out. Let's face it she wasn't exactly nice from the outset, she doesn't come across as kind or caring and I think he'd have real issues with the fact she was dedicated Cerberus like Tali, he'd be civil but wouldn't pursue a friendship let alone relationship.



I think if there was no Virmire choice the person Kaidan would get closest to sans Shepard would be Ashley I think a friendship leading to a relationship is the only possible pairing I can accept. Again purely my opinion and I don't expect everyone to agree.

jtav  I really liked your story and second Miranda belongs to my favorite Characters in ME2 Most of the time I have her in my Squad ...
