@ SilentK - We've learned the hard way not to get our hopes up as far as DLC is concerned. I do have hopes for ME3 but anything before that will be a pleasant surprise.

Edit for ToP.

No matter what happens with ME3 I at least gave Kate a happy ending with Kaidan in fic.

Maybe this doctor we're supposed to save makes the "ultimate sacrifice." I remember when I wanted my warden to do the US ending in DAO on one of my playthroughs. I took Alistair... Needless to say I got the "ultimate sacrifice" ending without being the one to die.

I know we haven't gotten squat with the VS (my Shep misses her Kaidan), but I believe that Bioware will make it up to us in ME3.

Oh crap.... me and a friend of mine where JUST talking about who might die in ME3. I have my list of people who might be pushing daisies soon and I still don't think it will be the VS. My reasoning being that they could have die on Virmire. It's the same reason I believe Shepard won't die at the end of ME3. Shepard already has died once. They can't use that same plot over and over again.



Example: Kaidan could have died on Virmire, but Shepard saved him. Then he could have been taken on Horizon and killed by the Collectors but Shepard saved him again. Thus he can't be killed or nearly killed again. They can't use the same cliche more then once.

In short: Yes, they can. The real question is just whether they will do so or not.

It's less about being cruel and more about the current writers writing about what they want to write about instead about characters that the former writers saddled them with.

It's less about being cruel and more about the current writers writing about what they want to write about instead about characters that the former writers saddled them with.

I saw that, I can't believe they did that. Was the whole writing team replaced from Mass Effect? Because I can't see anyone from the team that brought me my favorite game of all time writing **** like that and asking people to pay money for it. That is some lazy **** and stuff like that is no better than the worst pieces of fanfiction.

I'd like to join you on the banks of Lost Hope; I'll sip my drinks while cuddling my Kaidan and Boone plushies, pondering why videogame hunks become even more attractive with unavailability and absence.



I've been spurned by Bioware. They completely used me when the Elder Scrolls wasn't there for me and made me feel special again. But after the beginnings of courtship, our relationship soured when they found a new mistress: EA and their best friend, the shooter players. And I gradually felt forced out of the relationship.



I now return to Bethesda, completely shamed and used. I'm starving for companionship and aching for someone that understands and cherishes me. And Bethesda has taken me back, despite my infidelity. This, my friends, is true love.
