I choose to hear it differently. When he says that he has wasted enough of my time I hear it as he reluctantly let's my shepard go and the for the professional one he talks about the crew. But then that's how I want to hear it   =)

I guess you could hear it that way...its just that he sounds almost annoyed O_O.  I suppose, I can interpret it as him being annoyed with himself for loosing professionalism and such .

Mine too, except my Shepards are usually adepts, lol

oh those 2 work amazingly well with adepts and Vanguards...not so well with soldiers :/ I really should replace Garrus with either Wrex or Liara, but I I never manage. so I end up sniping more then anything else, to compensate for lack of crowd control (which works well most of the time, but far from always :/). Adepts are ridiculously fun though, as are vanguards.

edited for pics  (its funny, I'm completionist on Leah, and I've only seen one piece of colossus armor...for Tali.  Jewel, my adept bellow, basicaly skipped everything that wasn't given to her by Hacket or Council and she got everyone suited up in Colossus without even trying (I decided to keep Garrus in Predator, even though I had Colossus for him as well - it just looked ridiculous and stats weren't that much different)

I like Kaidan in anything with greens, blues, or dark colors like grays and blacks. Neutral earth-tones and jeweled colors would work perfectly.

But I prefer him in...

I fully intend to go into ME3 blind as a bat. I don't want any spoilers, including anything to do with Kaidan. I want him back in ME3, but I also know my propensity to dwell and my insatiable curiosity. It's pretty much all or nothing for me, and I don't want to "ruin" my ME3 experience because I couldn't wait to experience it firsthand.
I played ME1 late, and had friends who had spoiled parts for me there. But I went into ME2 completely blind. I didn't even know that Shepard died. I was along for the full ride because I had no clue what was going to happen....

Totally with you on on being spoiler-free.  For ME1 I was spoiled about the Virmire decision, and then for ME2 I was spoiled about the Normandy going down and Kaidan not being a squadmember and I really wish I hadn't known about any of these things beforehand.  I didn't like the outcome of the Kaidan encounter on Horizon but I really enjoyed not knowing what was happening - freaking out thinking that Kaidan was taken on the Collector ship, and then feeling relieved and then devastated after Kaidan walked away from me.  I felt like I was Shepard.

That being said I will be pissed if Kaidan is nothing more than a cameo appearance in ME3 , but I will reserve all my bashing/venting/ME3 fanfic late-night reading until after I play through the game.

^^^     though I'll probably still buy it, but I cannot stand not knowing.  I don't need the details but I need to know overall.

I'll try to avoid spoilers regarding the story itself, but besides that, I'll read as much as I can.
I played ME2 before 1, and I really regret doing so. The very first time I played I was like "Ok, so this ship I don't even know the name is blowing up and this guy is wearing pink armor."
After Horizon I wanted to know why Cerberus was evil, since ME2 made them look like the best organization in the galaxy.
What happened next is easy to guess, I played ME1 several times and just coudn't avoid romancing a certain LT.....

Edit: Also, ME1 plot is a thousand times beter than ME2, and the emotional impact, like Virmire and the romace writing is better too IMO. (I really think taht the locker scene is one of the best in both games...)
