Dude on the left looks like Kaidan in Horizon armor to me.  In fact, it looks ripped directly from Horizon to me.  Judging by the placement and other camera angles, it could be Thane, but no trenchcoat and the glowy weapon-clip-on spots appear visible for one frame.

But then, I may be seeing things that aren't there.  Ashley is there, right?  Someone tell me Ashley is there and I'm not making stuff up to make myself feel better....

I really do not want the dead person from Virmire brought back magically.  It cheapens a heart wrenching part of the first game, and all of the whiners who passionately hate Ash or Kaidan or both will complain loudly.  
Is it just a vision that Shepard is having at the last moment of his/her life?  Why wouldn't all of the ME2 squad be there?  SO CONFUSED

Maybe it's a secret hint for ME3...in all honesty I wouldn't mind having that line-up for my ME3 crew IMO the important people are there, Alliance represented...Cerberus...and the fan favourites Pretty logical line-up...or maybe it's just me

All ten of the normal ME2 squadmates are there in one analogous shot with no one else (no Kasumi or Zaeed). There's also a shot from that front of that group there, which includes Ashley, tIM, Miranda, Mordin, Garrus, and... uh... psh. *checks* Chakwas.

As for what it means... search me, I just play with deconstructing files. (Someone mentioned you only get it if you fail and the Reapers arrive, so I guess they mindblast Shepard and it's her vision while dying? There is an awfully neat shot of Shep's helmet on a stick on Alchera in front of the defunct Mako.)

From what I can tell, they may have thrown Kaidan (and the others, really) in there to take up space. I don't think these scenes say anything about the game or ME3, as Kelly is there next to the krogan and that's why they show her get killed. Those people in the line-up all die in that scenario.

You might be right that might be the lineup for 3...although you cant see everyone maybe a suprise? Although who is next to grunt which I would have thought Wrex woudl be in 3 since he has a bigger fanbase....if thats kelly I have no idea why she is there. Then again it could be Chakwas. That would also mean kasumi/Zaheed/Samara are not in the game. I still cant tell whos in front of the middle guy though.

It does look like Kaidan's Horizon armour.

But if Ash is there, Kaidan shouldn't be. They probably didn't want to make two different versions.

If it's when you fail, then it would be a "scenes from you life"  thing.  Makes sense.

Yeah, could be Chakwas And those not in that shot could still be in the game, but with cameos. Hence why I said it seemed logical to me since those not showing up could easily have gone back to whatever it was they were doing before Shepard came along Didn't Walters say it was a balancing act?

Yeah your probably right. I cant see how they can tie in Samara/Kasumi coming back being a squad member due to one being a theif and the other an asari spectre...although Zaheed could come back as blue suns leader as well as legion taking over the geth to fend off the invasion if it is gonna be super massive.

That scene is obviously the big musical number at the end, where all the characters come back to sing, regardless of whether they died during the show or not.

Wrex's solo will be spectacular.

Okay, so apparently Houston's comment on Twitter was about talking about Arrival to the press. Which still doesn't make much sense, at least to me, but maybe I'm just dense.

has anyone actually gotten that video in game? because I just watched relay getting closer and closer and closer, then watched it blow up and then critical mission failure...never saw any visions there.

n that particular vid, you see a closeup of Ash standing next to Tim and Turian (Garrus I guess?) form the front.. I wonder if they only made one vid only for Shepards that rescued Ash? or something...

edited to add - yeah, loooks like like you just need to stick around that inside area, wait for the timer to run out, according to a bigger vid posted...blah...I think I'm giving up... looks like Ash is coming back and Kaidan?  well Kaidna is going to be Ash in Ash's clothing, acting like Ash, just with Kaidan's mesh it seems :/

Did you do so before or after setting the asteroid on its course?  I'm just guessing here, but one (getting it moving) seems like it'd stop the Reapers but kill you, the other (not getting it moving) seems like it'd let the Reapers in and the vision would make sense.

Just like I said ^ up there............. He kept saying how combat based the DLC was in the interview/gameplay trailer and making you think about using cover and so on and blah blah blah................... combat this combat that, so this is why I think there was a misunderstanding over the meaning. Not much.

It's in the Arrival files.  Some people say it occurs when you let the time run out; I suspect that you have to let the Reapers arrive in order to see it (rather than simply die/die while trying to escape).  Ashley is in it.  Kaidan is... kinda in it, maybe, sort of, from the back, copy and pasted?

Perhaps I'll be the only one who thinks this, but I didn't like the DLC; besides of being really short, the combats aren't so great, for this being the final DLC for ME2 I was expecting more...really, it was dissapointing <_<, I'm kinda loosing my faith in BW (and much more after DA2 , I haven't  registered my copy of DA2 because isn't worth the efforts, I'm going to pretend that DA2 never happened, because really...DA2 didn't worth all the money that I spend on it (almost 120 bucks) for a game that should cost the half of the price).

The good thing is, that at least we will see a messy start for ME3, looking forward to see it, but I don't hold my breath for anything exceptionally great.
