I'm hopeing and prying for a really really good romance arc with Kaidan for ME3 =) at the moment I'm spending a lot of my free time with DA2 but when I've done a couple of more Hawkes I'll come back to my shephards. For me it's more fun to come backt to the game when I've had a little bit of a break. Then I don't remember every single q and all the lines. I guess that for me to really enjoy and be happy about ME3 I feel that my shepards relationship with Kaidan has to show and it has to matter in game. She ( and I ) have waited quite some time =) and he is worth waiting for. I'm still a believer that it will turn out well in the end with a good romance. A few more Hawkes and then it's back to ME for me.

He's going to be at Albuquerque Comic Expo in June!! Can't wait to meet him! (They raised the ticket price to 50 bucks for 3 days though Siiiiggggh)

But it's still pretty cheap compared to other cons, though we're fairly cheap compared to locations like Cali or anywhere on the East Coast and have plenty of away from hotel places for good inexpensive food.

I just compare to Phoenix Comicon, which has 3x the attendees, guests, and programming for $35

The Phoenix one's been around for a long while so they're able to work out the details and such to charge less. The abq one's still a baby compared to it so it'll take them a bit to catch up. Still think it's better than Bubonicon.

Never been to either! Pretty impressive they are growing so quick. I really liked the itty Albuquerque Comicon that was in Jan, that was a great first year con!

Sounds sweet, but I'm in New York. Here's hoping that he appears at New York Comic Con and that I can get in NYCC as well.

Ditto :wizard: Have to say I'm way more attached to my Shepard than I am my Hawke so returning to ME (even shortly for Arrival) is always such a rush because the game pulls me in instantly. Not sure I can go back to ME1 and Kaidan anytime soon though, I sorta overdid it with playthroughs shortly before ME2 arrived so can't stomach it again right now...but I'm sure I will at some point. Well unless I go through ME1 without feeling the need to finish every single quest and mineral stuff 

Shepard and Kaidan have a special place in my heart and always will, no matter what is thrown at us in ME3. After DA2 I do wonder how long it will take before Shepard and Kaidan will be replaced by another character and her LI. Twill be a while yet I think  Shenko has been going strong for years now lol

So much of this.  Shenko is truly my OTP.  As much as I love the Anders/f!Hawke romance, it just pales next to Shenko for me.  Shenko just feels so... real, I guess.  And, honestly, I don't know that anything in ME3 could ruin it for me; I am, beyond all odds, maintaining optimisim for the game and even if it fails to deliver, I know I always have headcanon.

I love a lot of the guys BioWare throw in our direction.... Sky, Alistair, Zevran, Thane, (and yes, after doing it, even Jacob) Fenris BUT Kaidan is king of my virtual heart.....
But I seriously love those other dudes though......

I agree with 90% of that, I can't romance Jacop did it ones and so no, didn't like it >.<

But I have to add 2 more, Valen (that bashful red head tiefling ) and I loved Carth lol

Well I haven't picked anyone for the collection yet from DA2 so this is still the extent of my VG harem.

Jupp =) it's good being a bioware girl. Kaidan, Alistair and Fenris have so far made me *swoon* big time. Now I'm romancing Anders for the first time so that will be fun. Next shep will be a spacer for Kaidan and it's only the second time that I romance him so I'm really really looking forward to it. I played DA:O too many times in a row and couldn't go back to it for quite some time. Now I'm trying to switch around more so I don't loose the happy-feeling when playing. Starting to feel a bit of a longing for ME so finish the current Hawke then we'll see =)

Just like Shenzi put it, my VG harem are basically Alistair, Carth and Kaidan sitting on top

I need to play DA2 a couple more times (only played it once) before I can add Fenny bear and Anders to the collection...but they will surely snag a spot

So agree. Kaidan remains my favourite despite all the romances lol. The only shortfall being content damn you bioware

Alistair, DEFINITELY Anders, Carth, Fenris etc all have qualities i dont agree with (those are just the men we can actually romance). Kaidan is somewhat reclusive yes, so maybe we dont know everything about his character but ive yet to see any bad qualities.

But i certainly do have a harem lol. They really need to get a move on with virtual reality *whistles innocently*

So post-Arrival, I got hit with a burst of inspiration (and was given the gift of several hours together without interruptions) and managed to bust out 4 chapters of FanFiction.

I have especially been planning out my shep's "Moment Alone with the Picture Frame" for a long while now. I read a LOT more into that scene than the game gives, so it's really fun to finally get my crazy ideas down on paper - er, fanfic.net - or...whatever. I think my shep will hate me after this, though.

Glad you added Valen... he is awesome!  I liked Anomen in BGII but really got hooked when Valen came along.

I had a weird dream the other night. In it, BioWare finally released a Virmire Survivor DLC to quell our complaining for it. To play the DLC, you had to go to the Citadel. So, going to the Citadel, you enter through a door after imputting a code and you're treated to...

... the very same romance conclusion scene that you got in ME1, same graphics and everything. And that concluded the Virmire Survivor DLC.
