I like Ash with her hair down and recall a lot of people asking for it back in the day, so it's really nice to see her like that. Some comments say she looks like Miranda with her hair down...just because two women have their hair down doesn't mean they look alike you know...or I would look like any other brunette with long hair out there too Or maybe it's more about the new armor and new hair...I dunno, but that's a discussion for the Ash thread no doubt. I love Kaidan's look though...really love it.

Well yeah, she has her hair down and is wearing some make-up. But I really think she will only look like that at the trial or at some other kind of (formal) event.

Anyway, I'm 100% sure she will not look like that during actual missions/on the battlefield or even aboard the Normandy.

But you're right, it's a discussion for the Ash thread

I hate how I can't buy the magazine here without ending up having to subscribe for a year *mutters*

Nice to see you're writing again...the new spoilers spurred me on to start a rough draft of new fic but it's really hard to follow through on....like you said at the beginning of your chapter...I too still have a few trust issues with the way things were handled last time and it leaves me a little uninspired.

However I loved your chapter...and you know what part I like best...I unashamedly admit it.

Still, it's not as high-res as I had hoped so it doesn't have the amount of detail I want...but darn, the man looks hot.

His hair did look like it had touches of grey in it on the earlier blurry scans.  Seeing that it's actually that level of black so dark it highlights blue, well, I've only seen that in reality about twice.

Lighting can so strange things to the eyes, Kaidan looks really pale in that scan as well Could be they added streaks of grey, but I still think it's the horrible blurry lighting. Here this is Kaidan on Horizon with his hair catching some light.



Anyway, the scan has a very pale blue light on the left side of Kaidan's face...the right side has a slightly warmer light on it and there are still bits that could be streaks of grey in there but only above the ear....maybe...I still think it's lighting...but that spot above the ear, it could be...the rest is really curly highlights or whatever you want to call it

While I wouldn't mind some grey...I fear it may be the end of Fort if it's true

Harder...the renewed excitement is plaguing my mind...I feel like Anders...just going to try and hold it together until the release date and hopefully get some work done to support my gaming habit. Unfortunately, that's hard to do when you've got Kaidan running through your brain.

It's a shame really his hair doesn't look this curly all the time. It's only in certain lighting that it really shows, both in ME1 and ME2. The fact that his Horizon hair can look like that in the right lighting just makes me hopeful we might get Kaidan with that hair in ME3 regardless of lighting (because of the improved graphics) I love it!

We could ask Bioware to let Kaidan's hair down..*chuckles* Yeah, the downside of pc gaming...keeping up with improvements the industry makes :/

And some of these companies are not as big as Bioware and do not have as much money to work with. With the speed at which they are churning out the games I'd lean toward's time restrictions rather than financial concerns. I know of a game soon to come out which shall remain nameless(I've pre-ordered) that the trailers have already shown skin in the romance scenes but the game has been being worked on for three years now...that's a lot longer than either DA2 or ME3.

Said game is so freaking awesome...and I'm so preordering it. I also enjoyed said game's first part immensely

hey guys thought i'd randomly run in here and just say i've been nosing at some decent quality scans of the GI article and theres a great pic of a fully armoured humanoid smashing into shep's bedroom, i really hope thats the LI re-introduction scene 'Hi honey i'm hooome!'
yum yum....
(ok so i'm purely thinking bout Kaidan here and not the other LI's at all)
anyway i'm gonna go back to lurking and picturing how that scene might play out...

You know Jho, I agree with you about the change of looks of Ash. Some are worried that they'll turn her into Miranda, or that you know because she seems to have bigger 'assets' (Why by the way I don't agree with, because heavy armor always shows women to have big breasts, just look at Shepard in her armor in ME2, and in her casual wear.) anyway, I just don't think that prettying her up, letting her hair down or even increasing the size of her chest would change much of Ash, because Ash is a strong, stubborn, athletic, wilfful woman and nothing would change that.

Same goes for Shepard, give her double D's and she'll still be Shepard, the badass commander who will save the galaxy...she'll just have a harder time jumping...but that's beside the point 

I actually do like Ash's hair...and if Miranda can go into battle with heels and hair down, hell yeah Ash could too!

Sure beats seeing him with an assault rifle in ME2 The shotgun suits him

@Mizz I think Ash looks great with her hair down and the armor she's wearing..I dunno...haven't seen any other shots other than that one so can't really tell but it looks fine to me Her hairstyle is completely different than Miranda's but I guess because they are both brunettes people will compare. I do hope they don't send Ash into battle wearing high heels and whatnot...she's not the type imo and that would ruin the character for me.
It would be like seeing Kaidan in a tight latex suit like Jacob, I would not accept that and be really annoyed because imo such armor wouldn't suit a man like Kaidan

Not sure how I would feel if they sex up Femshep...I would hate to see her running around with big boobs and high heels, but unique animations I would love. Right now she's pasted over Sheploo and moves, sits and dances like the good man. I know there are those who like her that way, just as much as I don't. Tough girl or not, I think the majority of women know to keep their knees together when sitting down in a short dress 
Don't think Kaidan would approve of her flashing her undies at whomever she's talking to..admirals, the local butcher, horny alien nr.398...*flash*
