Heh, I was just going to wait until someone uploaded a youtube video so I could see because I cannot bring myself to do it, not even in the name of science! His email in ME2 makes me too weak in the knees.

I have a romance where my femshep starts out with Kaidan and is so crushed by Horizon that she finds comfort with Jacob... and Culturalgeekgirl romanced Garrus after Kaidan in ME1... so we're going to see something for sure

As of this moment, I can only see "moving on" to Joker...and that wouldn't be with my main Shepard, I would download a single Shepard ME2 save to import. Since we've had no indication that that could be possible, I'm not really preparing for it yet.

I personally hope that whatever LI confrontation occurs is maturely handled. Or else, give Shepard the option to demand that the new LI beat up the old one, and then the new LI is disgusted and leaves Shepard. MWAHAHA.

I have one cheating playthrough with Thane, one single Shep (on PS3) with Jacob and all others are Kaidan faithfuls...... I figure I will see the three main story arcs there..... 
The only way I was able to have a single Shepard for Jacob was through the interactive comic, cos I just can't resist Kaidan in the same way that I am unable (apparently) to resist Fenris in DA II......

Sheesh, I wonder if there will be new romances in ME3, too. Can you imagine going through ME1 and ME2 romanceless just to have a save ready for ME3? =p (I'd probably do it though!)

I think I would just use the interactive back story thing they are going to do cos I am NOT playing through two games to remain single for the third unless it is actually Keanu Reeves in person,  in my house........ lol

I actually do have 2 saves that are romanceless... one maleshep and one femshep...but they were supposed to be super professional "I don't sleep with my crew types" so unless aforementioned romances happen with people who are not directly serving under shepard... I'll probably end up using the interactive backstory as well

I feel like a terrible fangirl. I have shepards who didn't romance Kaidan, I have shepards who left him on virmire (2, one of them femshep) O_O I even have one shep that cheated on him :/ eek /hides

So, I got my GameInformer today. Two things:

1. Kaidan is not gray from what I can see. It's a high contrast photo.
2. Kaidan appears to be wearing Alliance dress blues under his armor, as you can clearly see the collar. I assume that this will be his default outfit.

It isn't about how many saves you have with/without him but how much you love him on the saves that you are with him

 Mass Effect Saves looks like they have romance free games from both ME1 and ME2 on their site.
 
I'll have to use masseffectsaves or the comic for a romance free Shepard in ME3 since I've never been able to resist Kaidan in ME1.  I'm more interested in finding out if you can romance Kaidan with a single Shep in ME3 though then having a Shepard available for a possible new romance option in ME3.

Just got my Game Informer too. Yeah it does look like Alliance dress blues under Kaidan's armor. I am really hoping ME3 does what ME1 did and everyone changes out of their armor when they returned to the Normandy. And seeing Kaidan running around the Normandy in dress blues would be very nice.

PS: that better be Kaidan breaking into Shepard's room or she is going to be very pissed at all the glass on her bed.

God this is going to be a long wait 'til November.

Regarding Kaidan's new armour: am I the only one who thinks the material might be really shiny black or chrome, and the blue appearance comes from the colour of what it's reflecting? The picture he's in has a very blue tone overall, and the red stripe down the arm of Shepard's arm looks a bit more purple than usual as a consequence.

At first I thought it was purple, then realised the tint, then thought it was black but now I think its just dark blue. I would have preferred black though. I wonder if we'll be able to customise squad mate armour a little. =D

Finally done my second Noveria mission and successfully engage the 'fight', thanks for the previous help and now Velina has decided to stay with Kaidan until the end.

The game certainly plays out differentlty that's for sure...didn't have Isabela in one of my playthroughs for DA2 and it made a huge difference in knowing what was going on. And even thought I couldn't stand Sebastion, his stroryline did add lot to the chantry side of things.

My thinking is if Legion died you might not be able to enlist Geth help and it might affect the outcome of the game(and so on)...they said there were multiple endings.

Arrrrggggg....3 pts and she still does not return.....i never thought she would be that hard to get (no, i dont mean THAT WAY lol)
I have only 1 member dead in my ME2 pts and that was by accident....
I may have to kill some more to see the differences

@Lehna: I could not romance Kaidan and then move on to another LI. All me imported games are with him as a LI and i remained faithfull. I tried the other romances with a new char tho and then deleted them

i dont want him to wear that many cloths beneath his armor...i'd prefer he wears...nothing...makes my life easier...

In one playthrough Mordin died, because I didn't pay attention while chosing the people for the right missions...*sighs*
I tell you it made me cry when he died and my Shepard stood at his casket, so I reloaded and fixed it. I wouldn't have fixed it, it I had really chosen the way, but I did not want him dead, just because stupid me pressed the wrong button ;P

All my Shepards stayed faithfull to Kaidan as well...lol...how can anyone not stay faithfull, afer looking into those chocolate brown eyes...:wub:

@Jho...I was wondering often as well, what Shepard would wear beneath the armor. I'm sure she wears more than underwear, it would feel otherwise very uncomfortable at least imo:P
