It's so great to see your work again! And you're crazy, Kaidan looks wonderful, well actually he looks sad. Sadly wonderful?

Hmm... after cleaning up the second part of picture, he does look kinda sad here, also scanning blurs some details, but I've thought it would be a waste to just put it among other failures, because I kinda liked how his face came out.

The new one is smaller, it's going good for now... But it will take me a day or two to finish and color.

Gaiz!!!! Just found out about how Kaidan got promoted 2 times while Shep was in tubes, apparently, he's higher than you in ranks, so being a specter is no different.

I'm listening to the Game Informer podcast. I am so happy. They said that the characters that only made cameos in ME2 (like Kaidan, Ash, Liara) are going to be main characters/focus for ME3. YAY! *does happy dance*

I mostly just don't want to see the fandom too divided, hehe. When we start cheering if a character we don't like gets screwed, karma may come bit us later on. If it helps, I've seen Kaidan defended and talked about positively in other character threads all the time, especially the Garrus thread.

I love Garrus and Tali, then Mordin, Grunt, Legion and Thane, I wish Bioware let Thane live in ME3.... but I'm not too optimistic about it.

And Zaeed and Kasumi, I don't know what is going to happen to them...I would like to have them in the squad too, but there are so many squadies now (with that James Sanders in the team now. ¬_¬)...

Now that the ME3 story is set and the metrics for ME2 gameplay won't factor into the storyline, I will finish my playthroughs for my non-loyal femSheps.  They all love Kaidan.  Kimbri is faithful.  Kitty will cheat with Jacob (ugh, I know, but he's the only male human and she is xenophobic).  I haven't decided what to do with Kara yet.  She's romancing Thane because of a broken heart over Kaidan.  The picture is face-down ().  I haven't decided whether to go through with the romance to have a faithful and an unfaithful Paragon character (Kitty is renegade)--or whether I want to see if having a romance but turning it down at the last minute makes a difference.  Any thoughts?

Jade, don't knock Jacob's romance, just get past some of the bad voice work - he actually has a lot of very lovely depth. of all the ME2 romances, its my favorite.

if you dump a character at the last moment- the picture goes back up. I don't know if it will have any bearing on ME3 and conversations, since I don't know exactly how those flags work, but at a minimum, it assumes that you haven't moved on.

lastly, and again I'm not sure if they are taking it into account or not, but I don't think it matters if your character is a renegade or a paragon, but it MIGHT matter whether you renegaded Kaidan or not. no guarantees.

In ME1 if you turn Kaidan down at Ilos it still counts as a romance whether they actually slept together or not. So....maybe? I'm not sure about if you break it off half way through.

I'm wondering if Renegade Kaidan will stick in ME3. Or if they are going to blanket both types of Kaidan and say "he changes after Shepard's death." I don't know how I feel about either option yet. I'm not a fan of xenophobe Kaidan but I won't mind seeing Kaidan a little more ready to put his foot down. Kind of like the difference between hardened and unhardened Alistair in DA:O. Like more yelling and calling Udina a bastard. But not change him completely.

And Jeweledleah my No-ME1-Romance-Shepard romanced Jacob. I enjoyed it, (not as much as Kaidan's) the conversations of what Shepard feels she has lost and how they feel about being a soldier were nice. I really don't even mind the 'prize' line. I think the poor guy just got a bad wrap. I also like, of all the ME romances he seems to be the one to talk about Shepard rather than himself.

I hope they come up with different dialogue for the VS.
Both Ash and Kaidan had similar dialogue during Horizon
