First conversation you have at him, he will apologize for talking longer than he intended.  If you pick the renegade option, you can kind of kindly/sarcastically tell him that you were waiting for the good part, and he'll apologize for running off at the mouth.

That, if i recall, is the nicest way to let him down.

Thanks I'll think I'll go with that, that's not so bad I mean his brain training was awful maybe shepard meant she was hoping it would get better? I like talking to the whole crew and kaidan shouldn't feel left out just because I'm not romancing him this time.

The only reference I can think of to the fraternization line is this. Though it does make me wonder why she clams up about it then. She's usually very outspoken about things.

What I meant is that don't ask don't tell is the name of the US military's current policy on gays and lesbians serving (which, IIRC, is in the process of being repealed).  Would be interesting if the SA took a similar attitude regarding fraternization

I had similar thoughts.  It's a curious bit of dialogue.

I just replayed LotSB and was reviewing the dossier information. Remember how we are all so sure that Kaidan/Ashley was only mentioned if you do the renegade options when talking to Liara. Now I'm not so sure. Still possible to be referring to someone else. James Vega maybe. But I don't think so.



Fire really does have mad skills catching awesome screenshot. Like at freaking professional.

...as for Kaidan fixing the mako, I guess it could be likely considering I set it on fire several nights ago while standing outside of it. (Yeah, I don't get it either.)

Well preferably Kaidan's! However its location seems to currently be a well kept secret! But by ME3 i'm sure i'll have pernamently relocated it to my bunk
