How did I not realise that the Kaidan picture <<< was an option on the edit profile?!?! I thought people were uploading their own.

I feel so foolish.

Wow i've missed a bit of chattering!
I would have quite liked squad paragon/renegade bars purely for the LIs and having different convos with them on different playthroughs, but doesn't bother me that it won't be a feature.

I keep rewatching that earth demo, ash's hair looks so good! Finally no more plastic hairstyles! I can actually venture out of my 'safe zone' of hairstyles that don't look quite as plasticy as the others, happy days I'm kinda hoping we might get a couple of new hairstyle options too, though i won't be surprised if we don't.

Lol i didn't realise the new Kaidan pic was an option on the edit profile thingy either, might have to invetigate that ^^

Hah I didn't realize either..
I have a feeling it was mentioned somewhere that femshep will get some more hairstyles in ME3. Not sure if our imported characters can be modified, or if its as long as Ashley's/Miranda's, but we can hope.

No, no new info on Kaidan. Besides that he probably will be standing in Ashely's position when rescuing Shepard from Earth at the beginning of ME3. We won't have to wait four or so hour of game play before we see him again. I guess her White Knight really will be riding in to her rescue, well ME style!

Shep:"I kindda had to find a way... and then had to... and then to... then we... after it we... and finaly to Collector base...where we... and then... after that... then we escaped."
Kaidan:" But that was months ago!"
Shep:" It is not my fault that BioWare took so long to launch ME3!!!"
Kaidan:" WHAT?!?!!"
Shep:" Nothing. We will talk later."
Kaidan:" Id like that."
After some time....
Shep: "Kaidan, have a moment to talk?"
Kaidan:"I have taken enough of your time Commander. There will be time for personal debrifing later."
Shep:" WOW, Deja Vu!"

I'm still kind of curious if that will be the first time you're reunited with Kaidan or Ashley during ME3.  From what I saw, it didn't feel like a big reunion or anything, Shep didn't seem incredibly surprised that Ash was there.  Then again, Anderson had radioed her, so Shep knew she was going to be there, nevermind the fact that they're trying to GTFO of Earth, so yeah, not exactly the best moment for hearts and flowers, or whatever...still...hmmm...

I bet it is going to be the first time Shepard is reunited with Kaidan, they are probably to busying with the 'omfg the Earth!' to really be all hearts and flowers. Besides from what I heard (not going to say because its kind of a spoiler) Shepard has more pressing things on her mind. But I'm sure the next scene after the rescue will be very interesting.

Yes... I sort of hope so too. Hmmm....what is the spoiler-rule in the Kaidan-tread so that I don't put my foot in my mouth and ruin the game for someone else. Can we mention things about Kaidan that we have learned from demos and such? But yes, that scene should be interesting. Perhaps one cannot talk too much because it's a pretty hectic moment, but you should be able to get a starting point for patching things up =) this is pure fan-girl speculation by the way.

I'm pretty sure this tread is open to spoilers, but the spoiler I'm thinking of is story based and doesn't have anything to do with Kaidan. The first page of this thread has all the details about rules and such.

About the picture Leah, I always seen Kaidan as a boxer guy...not that I'm complaining.... ahem...

I'm actually really hoping that Kaidan and Shepard's first time seeing each other again isn't on the ship. I really like the idea of him being at Shepard's trial. No matter where they stand, I think he would definitely want to be there for her. I don't think he would be on Earth and not go to Shepard's trial. I also really like the idea of him being there for her in such a vulnerable moment. Maybe they don't get a chance to talk or anything, but just knowing he was there would make things that much more interesting.

Random but interesting bit of info I picked up from an interview with one of the ME3 people (can't recall if it was Casey or some other guy; I've been watching way too much E3 footage lately lol): timeframe between ME2 and ME3 is 6-12 months, apparently.

So that means another year at most with no contact with each other after all that went down in ME2. Three years... must be agonizing.

Nice that it's confirmed, that's what I was figuring from reading the novels, do we know how long ME2 takes, I was figuring about  6 months too..
